Our story

ZIMA - winter in Russian - lives in a three-storey Soho townhouse on Frith Street. The menu moves across Eastern Europe and beyond. Some dishes stay close to tradition; others don’t. There’s cold vodka, good music, long tables, and usually somebody ordering one more round.
We run our own picklery for seasonal ferments, pour house-infused nastoyka, and keep a karaoke bar downstairs that gets louder as the night goes on.
